Our vision for Amaya Farm is to collaborate with an experienced, no-dig, no-till grower who shares our commitment to regenerative farming and sustainable greenhouse practices. Together, we aim to cultivate nutrient-dense food for our family and local community while revitalizing the soil to ensure long-term ecological health and resilience.

To bring this vision to life, we will provide housing, essential equipment, and cover production costs—creating a supportive, thriving environment where both the land and the people who work it can flourish.

We are seeking a knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated individual who values long-term partnerships and is excited to help transform a small family farm into a thriving, sustainable enterprise.

  • Our goal using the no-dig, no-till method is to cultivate healthy, viable soil that is rich in nutrients, free from pesticides, and free from other pollutants. By focusing on soil health, we aim to create a thriving ecosystem where beneficial organisms can flourish, promoting long-term sustainability. This approach allows us to grow food that is nutrient-dense and safe for consumption. By avoiding soil disruption, we foster natural processes such as improved water retention, better soil structure, and increased biodiversity, ultimately leading to crops that are not only healthier but also more resilient. Our commitment to this regenerative farming method ensures that we can consistently provide high-quality, pesticide-free food while nurturing the land for future generations.

  • The property is equipped with 2 hoop houses and we are open to providing a climate controlled greenhouse for even more opportunity to grow produce. The individual we seek will be responsible for utilizing the hoop houses and potential greenhouse to grow produce, extending the growing season and allowing for year-round cultivation. These greenhouses will provide a controlled environment that supports the production of high-quality crops, offering protection from the harshest elements and enabling the grower to experiment with diverse crops and techniques. By integrating greenhouse production into the farm's operation, we aim to maximize yields while maintaining our commitment to sustainable and regenerative farming practices.
