work with us
We are seeking a knowledgeable, passionate, and self-motivated individual who values long-term collaboration and is excited to help grow a small family farm into a flourishing, sustainable venture.
Our Expectations
Our vision is rooted in sustainability, community, and the desire to produce nutrient-dense food while regenerating the land. As we embark on this journey, we recognize the value of expertise and are committed to partnering with an experienced grower who can lead the way. While our passion for creating a thriving, sustainable farm is undeniable, we humbly acknowledge that we are not the experts. We understand that achieving our goals requires someone with a deep understanding of regenerative farming practices, someone who knows how to work with the land rather than against it. That’s why we are seeking an individual who brings technical knowledge, the ability to grow in challenging conditions, and the willingness to establish, operate, and maintain a thriving and productive farm.
Our expectations for this role are rooted in the importance of experience and professionalism. We need a grower who is confident in regenerative practices such as no-dig, no-till farming and greenhouse cultivation, and who can adapt to the high desert climate with ingenuity and resourcefulness. This individual will play a crucial role in managing the land, utilizing the hoop houses, and potentially introducing a climate-controlled greenhouse to maximize production. More than just a grower, we are looking for a partner in this endeavor—someone who shares our passion for sustainable farming, appreciates the value of collaboration, and is eager to work toward building a flourishing, long-term operation. Together, we can create a farm that not only serves our family and community but also leaves a lasting positive impact on the land.
